Gluten Free Online Training

Coeliac Australia developed the Gluten Free Standard for Food Service Providers in July 2015 to establish the best practice for gluten free food preparation.

We had many requests to offer practical advice and training on how best to implement and become more aware of the best practice principles:

  • Source
  • Segregate
  • Service

The Gluten Free Online Training module is an interactive and engaging module that ensures that the learner has a strong knowledge of the Standard and will have the capacity to implement these principles.

‘The training program was excellent. It was user friendly and easy to understand. The actual information provided in the training was presented in a fun way to learn, but at the same time, it gave a very good understanding of all the relevant aspects of gluten free issues within the hospitality industry. Just like “Food Safety Training” and “Responsible Serving of Alcohol”, I do believe that this gluten free online training should be a mandatory requirement for all hospitality workers.’ Tracey

This training is suitable for anyone working in the hospitality sector. Watch this promo video for a sneak peek at this module...
