members of The Coeliac Society and has been designed to be of practical
assistance to help give you the knowledge and understanding necessary for you,
or your family member who needs a gluten free diet to keep in good health.
Doctors, dietitians, people with coeliac disease or dermatitis herpetiformis
and other volunteers have contributed their time and expertise to make this
handbook a reality.
