Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania has two levels of professional membership for restaurants and caterers - Level 1 and 2.

Included in your membership is the Coeliac Australia's handy Ingredient List booklet - the must have reference for safe interpretation of food product labels. Available to members only!

Remember that if one member of a group requires a gluten free meal and your staff are unable to help, you are likely to miss out on the whole group dining at your restaurant.

Basic Professional Membership – Level 1

This level of membership includes a basic package of information including the sought after "Ingredient List Booklet", subscription to our quarterly magazine "The Australian Coeliac" and relevant State Newsletter.

Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania has a list of restaurants referred by members as being suitable for people on a gluten free diet. All new members are provided with this list which is also available on this website. Your restaurant will be included on this list.

Basic Professional Member Application Form

Professional Business Membership – Level 2

You can improve your business profile and receive a priority listing, by joining the society as a Professional Business Member.

Membership represents an excellent opportunity to promote your business to this valuable consumer group and benefit from a close professional association with Coeliac Victoria and Tasmania.

This level of membership includes the basic package, subscription to "The Australian Coeliac" and State Newsletter as well as a window sticker and sign indicating your membership to passers by. Your clients will feel more at ease knowing you have joined the society and have all the information for catering to their gluten free needs.
