“Great Start” Workshop This workshop aims to improve your confidence and develop the skills needed to live life gluten free. Topics will cover adopting a gluten free lifestyle, label reading and eating out, with your turn to ask questions.
Cost: $15.00 per family.
Supermarket Tours Has your recent trip to the supermarket become a nightmare? Then take a guided tour through the supermarket and learn how to identify gluten free products by ingredient.
Cost: $15.00 per person.
Label Reading Workshops This workshop is highly recommended for new members and those who are having difficulty identifying gluten free products. Bookings are essential as numbers are limited. Cost: FREE.
Dietetic Appointments Michelle Sladden is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with 12 years’ experience. Michelle has coeliac disease herself and has been following a gluten free diet for the last 20 years. Appointments with Michelle are available at our Bentley office. Fees are payable on booking, contact your health provider for rebates. Phone appointments are also available for regional members.
Coeliac Friends All members, family and friends are welcome to join us at these social events, pre-arranged to take the worry out of dining gluten free.
Parents and Kids’ Group A social event where ideas and tips are shared by parents/ families new to the gluten free diet and those who are more experienced.
“Gluteen” Free Our new group for teenagers to make new friends, get together and have some fun.
